第十三屆OBS 國際街舞週 暨國際街舞大賽
由中華民國街舞運動推廣協會所主辦的OCEAN BATTLE SESSION
(以下簡稱OBS)越洋制霸國際街舞⼤賽，
共有LOCKING, POPPING, HIPHOP, HOUSE, WAACKING以及U15 ALLSTYLE 等六個主要項目，
於2019年2⽉16日、17⽇在青少年發展處舉行，
其中17號決賽日吸引來自18個國家，
超過1000名觀眾與選⼿湧入會場，
親眼見證各國傳奇在台上秀出絕活。
本賽事最特別的來賓莫過於好萊塢第一部街舞電影『BREAKIN’』男主角
也是國際知名女歌手瑪丹娜的專屬舞者 SHABBA DOO;
傳奇饒舌歌手MC HAMMER的編舞者，
以及蜜西艾略特的專屬舞者POP TART為評審團之座上嘉賓。
除此之外，也重金禮聘世界最大型街舞賽事
JUSTE DEBOUT御用DJ ALEX D’ALONZO
以及OBS 歐洲區賽冠軍來自羅馬的SHOT ONE;
不同地區不同國家，
都有屬於自己跳舞的風格與文化，
近距離感受海外傳奇大師與頂尖選手的能量，
不用搭飛機出國，就讓台灣走進全世界，是OBS一直以來的宗旨。
曾經在網路平台創下千萬點擊數，來自實踐大學的斯里蘭卡裔選手華里斯
與加拿大選手 KULE KAMBERE對決時達到三次平手，將現場氣氛炒到最高點，
雖然在四強止步，出色的表現讓評審們留下深刻的印象。
LOCKING組的冠軍由新加坡籍 卓建吉選手拿下。
POPPING組的冠軍由加拿大籍 KULE KAMBERE aka MEGAMAN拿下。
HOUSE組的冠軍則由法國的MICHAEL LAMARE aka NIAKO拿下。
WAACKING組的冠軍由來自印尼的DANZEL 拿下。
U15 兒少組的冠軍由來自新竹的何翊誠拿下
HIPHOP項目的冠亞賽由來自英國倫敦的知名舞者SHAADOW SEFIROTH
對決台灣中壢的蘇子堅 aka AJ SU，
三輪精彩的頂尖對決，
冠軍最後由蘇子堅老師奪下。
頒獎典禮，蘇子堅流著眼淚表示：『大家！不要放棄，繼續衝吧！』
OBS 世界大賽在台灣！
台灣擁有相當優秀的街舞工作者，
街舞的人口與文化也蓬勃的發展，
台灣舞者近年也在各種國際舞台履獲重用。
未來期盼藉由Ocean Battle Session讓台灣的優秀舞者在世界發光。
