Chapter 1: Purpose and Introduction

第 1 章：宗旨與簡介

• COLLEGE HIGH - University Street Dance Summit was founded in 2009 based on the core values of "Unity, Sharing, Honor, and Heritage." It is Taiwan's first street dance event specifically tailoredfor university students.
  臺灣盃 COLLEGE HIGH 大學街舞高峰會成立於 2009 年，秉持「團結、分享、榮譽、傳承」的創立初衷，是台灣首個專為大學生打造的街舞賽事。
• The event aims to promote comprehensive growth through street dance on campuses, nurture the next generation of dancers, and advance university street dance culture.
  本賽事的目標在於透過街舞推動校園內的綜合成長、培育新一代舞者，並促進大學生街舞的發展。
• Champions of each category will be awarded banners, champion caps, and prestigious national titles.
  各項目冠軍將獲頒錦旗、冠軍帽以及全國制霸的頭銜。
• Since 2022, the event introduced the international element "World Cup," collaborating with regions such as France, Japan, Hong Kong, Macao, and Singapore to host preliminary qualifiers. It has become the world's first international university street dance competition, aiming to connect young university students globally through street dance.
  自 2022 年起，本賽事注入了「World Cup（世界盃）」這項國際元素，與法國、日本、韓國、香港、澳門、新加坡等地區合作舉辦選拔賽，成為全球首創的國際大學生街舞大賽，旨在透過街舞連結全球的青年大學生。

Chapter 2: Eligibility & Qualification

第 2 章：臺灣盃 COLLEGE HIGH 世界大學街舞高峰會 參賽資格

1. As the name suggests, participants must hold valid student status at a university or junior college.
   顧名思義，參賽者須具備大學或專科學校之有效在學學生資格。
2. Night school students, extended-degree students (over-year students), and graduate students with valid registration records are eligible to enter. Unregistered individuals, students on leave of absence, or expelled students are not eligible.
   夜間部學生、延長修業（延畢）生及具備有效註冊紀錄之研究生皆可報名；未註冊、休學或遭退學之個人則不具參賽資格。
3. Students in university continuing education programs are not considered regular university students and are therefore ineligible.
   大學推廣教育端之學生不視為一般大學生，故無法參賽。
4. On the day of the competition, participants must present a student ID valid for the current semester or an official enrollment certificate to the organizers. Failure to present the required documents for any reason will result in disqualification.
   比賽當日，參賽者須向主辦單位出示當學期有效之學生證或在學證明。若因任何原因無法提供所需文件，將予以取消資格（失格）。
5. If a student ID is lost, digitized, or confiscated by the school, alternative proof of enrollment must be provided (e.g., certificate of enrollment, tuition receipt, or a valid copy from the student registration system). Inadequate proof will result in disqualification.
   若學生證遺失、數位化或遭學校收回，須提供相關替代證明文件（如在學證明、繳費單、學生註冊系統之有效副本等）；若無法提供充分證明，將予以取消資格。

Special regulations apply to graduates entering the World Cup. Due to differences in educational systems across countries, student status will be verified during regional qualifiers. Graduates who have left academic status are granted a grace period of half an academic year (6 months).
因各國學制略有差異，對於畢業生設有特別規定，將依據各國教育體制之差異，於各地區選拔賽中進行學生資格審查。失去學籍之畢業生，允許享有半個學年度（半年）的寬限期。

1. WORLD CUP Eligibility: Each member country will independently select one 5-person team, and all participating members must meet the student eligibility requirements for university students.
   WORLD CUP 參賽資格，由各會員國自行選出一支 5 人團隊，參賽成員均須符合大學生在學資格。

Chapter 3: Event Details & Match Regulations

第 3 章：臺灣盃 COLLEGE HIGH 世界大學街舞高峰會 賽事細則

College High World Cup adopts a full Double Elimination System.
College High World Cup 採用完整的「雙敗淘汰制」。

Matchups will be determined via a live stream draw on the Monday or Tuesday of the competition week.
對戰組合將於比賽當週的星期一或星期二進行直播，並在直播中抽籤決定。

Format: In team battles, each round is limited to 30 seconds. Each dancer must perform a solo (routines are strictly prohibited). Judges will declare the winner by raising hands or using light indicators. The team with the majority of votes wins the round, and the defeated dancer is eliminated.
比賽形式： 團體賽中每回合限制為 30 秒，每位選手皆須進行個人 Solo 演出（不得使用排舞/Routine）。評審將以舉手或燈光判定勝者，獲得較多票數的選手獲勝，敗者則遭淘汰。

Victory Condition: Victory is secured when all 5 members of the opposing team are eliminated.
獲勝條件： 當對手隊伍的 5 名成員皆被淘汰時即可確定勝負。

Tiebreaker: In the event of a tie, the dancers from both teams are eliminated, and both teams must send out a new dancer. The bottle will be spun again to determine the starting order. If both teams have only 1 dancer remaining, an extra round (overtime) will decide the winner.
平手判定： 若出現平手，將依評審累計分數進行同分比序（Tiebreaker）；若兩隊皆僅剩 1 名選手，則透過加賽（延長賽）決定勝負。

Participant Rules: Each team will receive 5 identification necklaces. Dancers must hand over their necklace to the event staff before entering the battle area. Dancers wearing a necklace or those already eliminated are not allowed to enter the battle area. Disregarding warnings from the MC will result in point deductions.
參賽者規範： 每隊將領取 5 個識別項鍊，選手於進入比賽區域前須將項鍊提交給工作人員；佩戴項鍊者或已遭淘汰之選手不得入場。若無視主持人警告，將予以扣分處理。

Starting Order: A coin toss before each match will determine the starting order for the first round. If the previous round ends in a tie, the next round's order is again decided by a coin toss. Otherwise, the winner of the previous round attacks first.
先攻順序： 每場比賽開始前將透過轉瓶子決定第一回合的先攻順序。若前一回合以平手收場，下一回合的先攻順序同樣由擲硬幣決定；若非平手，則由前一回合的勝者先攻。

Unforeseen Circumstances: If an unforeseen injury leaves a team with fewer than 5 members during the match, substitute dancers are strictly not allowed. The team must complete the match with its remaining members.
意外狀況： 比賽期間若發生傷病等不可抗力之意外導致隊伍不足 5 人，一律不允許替換備用選手，該隊伍須由剩餘選手完成比賽。

Chapter 4: Double Elimination Tournament Rules

第 4 章：雙敗淘汰賽規則

A team is eliminated after accumulating 2 losses.
各隊伍累積 2 敗即遭淘汰。

The tournament is divided into the Winner's Bracket and the Loser's Bracket.
大賽分為「勝者組」與「敗者組」進行。

Teams accumulating 2 losses throughout the tournament are eliminated.
於比賽中累積 2 次敗績者即被淘汰。

Undefeated teams or teams with fewer losses remain in the Winner's Bracket.
保持全勝或敗場較少的隊伍將留在勝者組。

Grand Finals: The winner of the Winner's Bracket will battle the winner of the Loser's Bracket, with a potential Bracket Reset match to determine the ultimate champion.
總決賽： 將由勝者組冠軍與敗者組冠軍進行對決，並可能透過加賽（Reset 賽制）來決定最終的全國/世界冠軍。

Check-in and Roster Substitution Policy / 檢錄與選手更換規範

Check-in and Roster Substitution Policy: Once participating dancers complete official check-in at the venue, roster replacements or modifications are strictly prohibited. If a dancer is unable to finish the match due to injury or any unforeseen circumstances, no substitutions or roster additions will be permitted, and the team must complete the match with its remaining members.
檢錄與選手更換規範： 參賽選手於活動現場完成檢錄手續後，即不得要求更換選手名單。賽事進行期間，若有選手因傷病或任何原因無法繼續完賽，一律不接受任何人員增補或替換，隊伍須由剩餘成員繼續完成比賽。
